Thank you for supporting Virgie Bangkok Enterprises Because all items are 100% handmade and made-to-order, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds.

Handmade Variations
Each piece is uniquely crafted by hand. Please expect minor variations in stitch appearance, sizing, and color due to different yarn dye lots and screen displays. These are characteristics of handmade items and are not considered defects.

Custom and Personalized Orders
Custom orders (specific sizes, color requests, or names) cannot be canceled, changed, or refunded once production begins. Please double-check your measurements using our sizing chart before ordering.

Damaged Items or Errors
If we sent the wrong item, or if your order arrives damaged due to a structural defect (e.g., an unraveled seam upon opening), please contact us at virgiebangkok@gmail.com within [48 hours/3 days] of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue so we can make it right.
